a) USPS Priority Mail. $5.00 The Post Office quotes 2-3 business days for delivery. (US only)

b) USPS Media rate. $2.50 The Post Office quotes 4-9 business days for delivery. (US only)

c) USPS Global Priority Mail $10.00 The Post Office quotes 6-10 days for delivery. (Non US only)

2. How quickly do you ship the book after you receive an order? Over 80% the same or next day.

3. Do you ship world wide? Yes, Global Priority Mail, see above for shipping cost.

4. Do many people use the PayPal system? Yes, over 90% of the orders use PayPal.

5. Can I order over the phone? No, I cannot handle credit card transactions over the phone. That's why I use PayPal.
