I want to let you know of a new CD prepared by Holly Hesse, coach at Southwest Missouri State called "The Diamond of Success". It contains 150 documents put together throughout her coaching career on all kinds of things such as mental training, team building, nutrition, strength training, attitude, etc.....(see linked diagram below). A coach can just print off the document they want and they are ready to go.
